Wood Moulding
Our moulding products are precision-milled to provide the perfect finishing touch for interior and exterior architectural projects. We offer both standard profiles and custom solutions.
* Profiles: Crown Moulding, Baseboards, Casing (Door & Window), Chair Rails, Wainscoting, and Quarter Rounds.
* Material Species: Solid Pine (Clear or Finger-Jointed) and Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) for paint-grade applications.
* Specifications:
* Lengths: Standard 8ft, 12ft, or 16ft lengths to minimize waste.
* Finish: Raw wood, Primed (White), or UV Coated.
* Customization: We can grind custom knives to match historical profiles or specific designer blueprints.
Hardwood Plywood
We provide a comprehensive range of plywood panels, from structural-grade material for construction to high-end veneers for cabinetry.
* Types & Grades:
* Commercial Plywood: MR (Moisture Resistant) or WBP (Water Boil Proof) glue.
* Film-Faced Plywood: Phenolic or Melamine film for concrete formwork (Construction).
* Decorative Plywood: Fancy veneers including Teak, Walnut, Cherry, and Maple.
* Standard Specifications:
* Dimensions: 1220mm x 2440mm (4’ x 8’) or 1250mm x 2500mm.
